5th May. We decided to stay at Lake Hart road side stop overnight. Once again the fire bucket came out. About 24 degrees when we arrived but10 degrees overnight can’t wait to get to the warmer weather. Lake Hart is a massive salt lake. We happened to see the Ghan pass and a few huge freight trains.

We passed Mount EBA ( which is the centre of SA) on the way north from Lake Hart to Coober Pedy.
